Recognition of Ultimate Responsibility and Hold Harmless Agreement:
The Power of Awareness Online Training Program is for registered clients of the Power of Awareness Institute, LLC, only. The purpose of the online training is to offer best practices in personal safety, including techniques and procedures designed to improve and/or enhance the personal safety of the client. However, the client’s personal safety is not implied, stated, or guaranteed in any way, shape, or form, and the Power of Awareness Institute, LLC, bears no responsibility for the client’s personal safety. The Power of Awareness Institute, LLC, only presents the training to the client. The client is ultimately responsible for the application of the training and for the client’s personal safety. By checking the box, the client acknowledges that they are the registered client of The Power of Awareness Institute, LLC, and acknowledges ultimate responsibility for their personal safety in accordance with the conditions of this Hold Harmless Agreement. By registering for and taking the Power of Awareness course, the client, thereby, holds the Power of Awareness Institute, LLC, along with it’s Owners, Principals, and Employees, harmless for any liability, including mental/physical harm or injury, including death, arising from the training and/or its practices, application, or consequences. The client also extends this hold harmless agreement to their estate, survivors, insurance providers, and any or all other persons or entities connected to the client.
